carpe diem
The Latin saying carpe diem which translated to the enjoyment of the pleasures of the moment without concern for the future is in my opinion what life in general is or should be for all the people. I believe that the though and/ or act of just enjoying yourself in any given situation is what helps us understand that life is short and we should be in a good state of mind and happiness despite the tragedies that we may be going through. Personally this is how I feel, the fact that there are positive thoughts about myself and the ones around me lets me know for a fact that the good vibe will be attracted towards me, that the chances of something bad happening reduce to a save percentage and that this keeps us healthy/ full of life even if we don’t notice it. we must believe in the hispanic saying that says: "AL MAL TIEMPO BUENOS PENSAMIENTOS" ( TO BAD TIMES GOOD THOUGHTS).

What a wonderfully reflective post! Your personal examples make a strong argument. Thank you for sharing the saying, too.
Some small errors that I can help you fix for more points but excellent content. 19/20 points.
